4.1 Principi e requisiti

4.1.2 Parametri per il calcolo delle reti di tubazioni in impianti di riscaldamento
L’energia di spinta che produce il convogliamento dell’acqua negli impianti di riscaldamento è la pressione di pompaggio. Quest’ultima dipende dalla perdita di pressione nella rete di tubazioni che comprende anche tutte le singole resistenze di fitting, rubinetteria ecc. Il diametro dei tubi influisce sull’impianto nel modo seguente:

4.2 Determinazione del diametro dei tubi
La determinazione del diametro dei tubi prevede i seguenti passaggi:
- Determinazione della potenza calorifica netta Qnetto dei radiatori.
- Calcolo della maggiorazione per perdite di calore. 5-15 % a seconda delle dimensioni della rete di tubazioni e della quantità di condutture non isolate.
- Aggiunta di questa maggiorazione alla potenza calorifica netta Qnetto. Come risultato si ottiene la potenza calorifica lorda Qlordo.
- Conversione della potenza calorifica lorda Qlordo in portate di massa ṁ applicando la formula, 👉 Conversione della potenza calorifica lorda in portata di massa.
- Denominazione di tutti i segmenti e aggiunta delle portate di massa ṁ.
- Selezione della resistenza di attrito nei tubi R [Pa/m]. Raccomandazione per il predimensionamento: 50-80 Pa/m Tanto maggiore è la resistenza R selezionata quanto più elevati sono la pressione di pompaggio e, di conseguenza, il consumo di corrente (costi d’esercizio).
- Selezione del diametro dei tubi in base alle tabelle di perdita di pressione tenendo conto della portata di massa ṁ e della resistenza di attrito nei tubi R. Infine inserimento dei valori nella tabella corrispondente.
- Verifica delle velocità di flusso, 👉 Velocità di flusso raccomandate.

4.3 Determinazione della pompa di circolazione
Per determinare la pompa di circolazione sono necessari i seguenti parametri:

Portata volumetrica della pompa V̇p

Prevalenza della pompa ∆pges
4.3.1 Calcolo della portata volumetrica della pompa
Per calcolare la portata volumetrica della pompa V̇p è necessario sommare le portate di massa ṁ di tutti i segmenti. Durante il predimensionamento è possibile bypassare il passaggio della conversione della densità nella portata volumetrica corrispondente:

4.3.2 Determinazione della prevalenza della pompa
Per determinare la prevalenza della pompa ∆pges è determinante soltanto la perdita di pressione del tratto più sfavorevole (solitamente il tratto più lungo dalla caldaia al radiatore più lontano). La perdita di pressione si suddivide in resistenze di attrito nei tubi e in resistenze singole. Per determinare la perdita di pressione delle resistenze di attrito nei tubi è necessario conoscere le lunghezze delle condutture dei segmenti. Una volta calcolate le perdite di pressione si possono determinare le singole resistenze Z.
La perdita di pressione ∆p di un segmento può essere calcolata con la formula seguente:

In fase di progetto, le singole resistenze non vengono, in genere, calcolate separatamente. Il calcolo viene eseguito con i seguenti valori di riferimento:

Nel calcolo devono essere inoltre considerate singole resistenze speciali Z quali caldaia, scambiatore di calore a piastre, valvole di regolazione ecc.
Per determinare la prevalenza della pompa ∆pges vengono sommate le perdite di pressione dei segmenti incluse le singole resistenze. La prevalenza della pompa ∆pges viene viene determinata nel calcolo generale attraverso la seguente formula:
